When starting the service it returned the error:
"Windows could not start the Jenkins service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly"
I found the cause was the jenkins.war file was no longer in the Jenkins directory, luckily in the folder there is jenkins.war.bak I copied it and renamed it to jenkins.war and Jenkins was able to load correctly....

Easy way to copy task sequence from computer to another go to
%WINDIR%\System32\Tasks
Copy the task you want from Computer A to a usb stick or over the network
(you cannot paste the task directly into the tasks location as they are reference in the registry [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache] )
On the other computer open task scheduler and click on import and go to the location the task is stored

Or if there are multiple versions of office install for instance if it is a new computer and it has language packs for Office use the uninstall tool
