How to Set a Custom Logon Screen Background on Windows

I did a video for this ages ago, but only for Windows 7. Below are the steps on how to do it for 7, 8 and 10

 

For Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, the lock screen can easily be changed in the settings page:

1. Go to settings (press Windows key and i)
2. Personalization
3. Lock Screen
