I noticed that this site homepage did not say secure instead it had the info icon. I looked into it and found a plugin was causing this. I used whynopadlock.com and it told me
Soft Failure A file with an insecure url of “http://placehold.it/45×45/f0f0f0/ccc” was loaded on line: 152 of https://pyrolaptop.co.uk/.
This URL will need to be updated to use a secure URL for your padlock to return.
I looked at the sause of the page view-source:https://pyrolaptop.co.uk/ and it was under a plugin I used
