Did a fresh install of windows 10 and found it was giving error 0xc8000442 when trying to update.
Solution was to download the windows 10 media creation tool, but select upgrade this pc and set it to keep files and apps (I didn’t have anything else installed as once windows 10 is install I want to ensure it is up to date.
The upgrade automatically reboots the system I then was able to check for update and install the cumulative update.
