after i updating bios on my gaming pc the bios reset this setting so that is b ports are powered after shutdown
1. Power up or restart the PC and repeatedly press the DELete key to go into the BIOS settings.
2. Use right arrow key to move to the POWER tab
3. Arrow down to the menu item “APM Configuration”
4. Look for “EUP Ready” and “enable” it.
5. Save and EXIT.
“EUP” stands for “Energy Using Products”
